  • Eligibility for Full Refund: If you are unsatisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
  • Requesting a Refund: To initiate a refund request, please contact our support team at support@simbox.app with your account details and reason for cancellation. Requests must be submitted within the first 7 days from the date of purchase to be eligible for a full refund.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Beyond 7 Days: Refund requests made after the 7-day period will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Policy Violations: Accounts found in violation of our Terms & Conditions, including misuse of the service or engagement in prohibited activities, will not qualify for refunds.

3. Subscription Renewals and Cancellations

  • Renewal Payments: Subscription renewals are non-refundable. Please ensure that you review your renewal dates to prevent unwanted charges.
  • Cancelling a Subscription: Users can cancel their subscription at any time, but cancellation will not result in a refund if it falls outside the initial 7-day period.
